We currently ship to the lower 48 states of the United States. We also ship to Alaska. Due to import restriction of Hawaii, we are unable to send live fishing bait currently.
You can pay for orders with a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. You can also pay with PayPal, Venmo and PayPal Credit. We accept Check or Money Orders made out to N.A.S. Inc. We do not ship check or money order purchases until check is received and cleared our banking institution. Cash payments are available on delivery or pick up orders as well. Unfortunately, we do not ship C.O.D due to perishable nature of our products.
The best way to contact Customer Service by email is to fill out a Contact Us form. Find your selected topic and it will be routed to the appropriate department automatically. When there is a shipping discrepancy, we will honor them if they are reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery. Once contacted, we will ship correct item at earliest convenience at no additional charge. We will provide a return shipping label and ask that you return to incorrect item.
If your product did not survive in transit or was damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs. Please provide us with order number, pictures of damaged or dead product along with count or approximately amount of loss that you sustained. We guarantee all of our live products, and we will issue a partial refund for loss or reship appropriate replacement amount at no additional cost.
All orders that are placed after 1 pm EST Standard time will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Orders for live products that require ice gel packs or heat packs will not be sent on Thursdays or Fridays unless Next Day Air is selected shipping method.
